Since 2018 J-Tech have directly employed their own in-house electrical Commercial team and maintained full membership of the NICEIC Approved Contractor scheme. Due to our integrative multi-faceted team, we have the capability to deliver multi-discipline projects such as full rewires, new installations and electrical testing.
This approach provides significant advantages for the end-user; the need for only one Project Manager results in direct cost savings versus employing independent contractors; most importantly complete end to end continuity throughout ensures that projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
For Landlords we offer a complete management service providing all statutory testing, small works as well as new installs and system upgrades.
